HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is a high-pressure sheet material consisting of kraft paper impregnated with resin, decorative paper and transparent melamine coating. These sheets are bonded under high pressures and temperatures. HPL can be glued onto particle board or fiber board.

The Alfa Solid Compact is a 12mm thick board specially processed, which combines very high resistance to moisture with increased mechanical properties. It consists of wood fibers, to which specialized environmentally friendly resins and materials that give an extra resistance to the moisture, are added. Fully complies with V100 tests (as described in EN 1087-1)
